Cancelation Policy

48 hours advanced notice is required when canceling an appointment, or you will be charged a fee of $45. This will allow us the opportunity to get the appointment filled by someone else. (Discussion on a case by case basis when illness is the reason for cancellation.)

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows will be billed for the full service amount after 3 infractions.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
